Another wave. Somehow we don’t use this blog any longer. It’s a pity but we can’t keep both the wiki and the blog at the same time! For those of you who would like to be in contact, you may follow us at B06Plurilingual and this new Content and Language Integrating blog!

GARATU 2010 – 2011

May 17, 2010

This year’s GARATU call has already been released! Deadline to apply for language courses is May 25th!

Finally, as we lack other documents, here you are Isabel Celaa’s  Presentación parlamentaria del Marco de Educación Trilingüe

Next seminar: April 20th

April 15, 2010

Next seminar we may discuss last news about  plurilingual projects for next year.  In addition to that, I have thought about introducing you to voxopop, to create conversations on line. It’s free and simple. We only need mikes to talk! (and the net!) I think you may like it.

Last but not least, here is a link to Garatu course 285 on how to use the web to improve/develop oral skills. It is very well done and there are tutorials about how to use audacity, divshare, moviemaker, podomatic, voxopop… everything neat and clear! So thanks a lot to those advisors who have carried out the course!

Happy New Year! We’ll meet on January 19th

January 13, 2010

I wish everyone a very happy new year!

Here we are again with our computers, ready to surf, crate links, upload, download files…

We’ll have our next seminar on January 19th. I’ve already uploaded two units of work (one for  citizenship and the other for sciences) and a sort of interactive site for history/ art/ crafts… on Romanesque buildings. My proposal for next seminar is to “analyze” basic features of a good unit of work and go on wikiing. Fee free to add any comments or suggestions.

Seminar on December 15th

December 10, 2009

I propose to deal with the topic we had on the agenda for November seminar, i.e., the linguistic competence as described by ISEI-IVEI. We can also go on learning about wikis and possible ways to use them with students.

Seminar on November 17th

November 11, 2009

Next seminar we’ll deal with the linguistic competence as described  by ISEI-IVEI.  As you already know, developing key competences is an important issue in our curriculum. Since we are involved in developing both content and foreign language I think that we should be particularly aware of what is involved in developing the linguist competence. In addition to that, I hope we’ll be able to start wikiing together!
